WELLNESS RECEPTIONIST PROFESSIONAL

• $15 - $17 Hourly (DOE) paid bi-weekly

• Education: High School Diploma/GED Required /Associate or Bachelor Degree a Plus.

• Knowledge of Google drive/docs required and Theranest client management or EHR platforms a plus.

• 1+ year busy wellness/medical office environment experience preferred

• Background check required

• Pre-Employment Drug Testing required

Job Description:

As our client-facing Wellness Receptionist Professional, you will play a key role in representing our practice within the community.

• Receptionist and office duties include but are not limited to: (ie: records requests, fax, scan, file, greet clients, answer phones); Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets Required and Theranest a plus.

• Ability to manage Counselor’s, Naturopath and Nurse Practitioner schedules via Theranest and take instruction and direction from our Office Manager as needs arise.

• Insurance Verification, Authorization and Verification of Benefits

• Conducting client’s intake (financial, insurance verification and authorization, collection of signatures on all required documentation).

• Uploading client data to Theranest online system

• Faxing, scanning, medical records requests

• Assisting Staff in documentation and data entry

• Applies and maintains the highest level of confidentiality, following all HIPPA laws where applicable.

Schedule:

• 2-3 days per week to start, then possibly more if desired with fast-growing clinic

Work Location:

• One location - two buildings- in-office only required

• No remote or work from home at this time
