Wellness Nurse – Kokomo, IN

What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for providing residents with top-notch care supporting their wellness, including but limited to:
- Documentation, communication with residents, families, and physicians, and perform and monitor health metrics.
What we’re looking for:
- 2 or more years of experience working with the senior population
- High School Diploma/GED required
- State of Indiana Nursing License that is in good standing
- Prior experience working with a senior population (preferred)
- Current CPR First Aid Certification
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, ability to establish confidence and trust with our residents
