$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS Now through August 30th

Currently seeking to fill several MIG welding positions throughout our facility. Appealing candidates would have verifiable training and/or work related experience as a MIG welder where welding was the primary duty. This is also referred to as a Fitter / Welder position.

We are also in need of semi-skilled individuals to work in our wiring and plumbing areas. These General Mechanic positions also require a mechanical aptitude and are ideal for any auto mechanic enthusiasts who work on vehicles for a living or as a hobby in their own backyard.

We are also currently accepting applications for welder trainees, fabricators, tow motor operator, and mounters. Candidates must possess a mechanical aptitude to be considered for these positions. Training is free for those that qualify, and paid at $20.30 - 21.50 an hour for ALL positions.

Essential Qualifications

• Formal training and/or work related experience as a MIG welder (GMAW); or mechanical aptitude
• Basic understanding of the fitting and assembly process
• Solid understanding in the proper use of a tape measure
• All fitting work done with a tape measure requiring a good working knowledge of fractional math
• Physically able to lift as much as 50 lbs on an occasional basis
• Able to occasionally work low and from a ladder

Other Essential Requirements

• Present well and be able to read, write and communicate effectively
• Possess a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to present proof if requested
• Have a reasonably stable employment history for the past five years or since graduating from a trade or vocational training institution
• Pass a criminal and driver's license background check
• Have an active driver's license
• Ability to work any shift (no swing shift)
• Willingness to work overtime, up to 60 hours a week

Wage Schedule

• The starting wage is $20.30 - $21.50 an hour
• Increases of 50¢ an hour after 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, & 3 years
• Additional undetermined increases could apply during the first three years of employment. Current increases include $.30 raises in April, 2023, 2024, and 2025
• Overtime consistently available and paid at time-and-a-half, including daily or weekly overtime
