In the Sales Support role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities for Mad City Home Improvement. Weekend shifts: 6-8 hours Shifts available Saturday and Sunday
Hourly base pay based off experience + Bonus + UNCAPPED Commission ($2K-$3K per month)
What you will do in a typical day:
Develop new business in all of our territories (entire Midwest)- Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold calling
- Use traditional and electronic communication tools to contact former, current and prospective customers
- Accurately maintain and update information in the company's operating systems
What you need to succeed at Mad City:

- Proficient in Microsoft office
It would be great if you also have:
An interest in building a career with a growth-oriented company (we have expanded over 30% year-to-year for the past 6 years!)- Experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Experience working in a money-driven environment
- Ability to build client relationships quickly to establish and maintain a profitable book of business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work as part of a team
- Business-minded work style with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for flexible schedule on weekends.
