Rapidly growing, highly reputable, wholesale and distributing start-up company in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is seeking a website manager to oversee all aspects pertaining to the functionality of their company website, while managing the sales team.

The website manager will define, prepare, and implement sales targets, ensuring that strategies are designed to achieve maximum sales, and maximize financial profitability. This position will report to senior management of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Train, mentor, coach and encourage team members.

Determine and monitor KPI’s for the department.

Maintain and keep website orders up to date.

While securing clients by cold-calling and/or email is the main objective for our sales representatives, the website manager will also be responsible for acquiring new business.

Address performance issues that affect company profits in order of priority.

Negotiating and resolving conflicts with employees and customers.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

A proven history of retail management experience.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills are also critical attributes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills.

Time-management and organizational skills.

Ability to motivate, teach, and encourage coworkers.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
