Food of Joy is a healthy meal delivery operation located in the College Area. We are seeking a talented individual to help with our website design and printed media design. The position does not require you to work onsite. But you will need to participate in meetings onsite periodically. This is a perfect opportunity for a part-time job where you can work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Website Design and Maintenance:
• Work under the direction of the General Manager to improve and maintain the current website to make it visually appealing and user friendly. The website is built in WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Design and develop responsive website layouts, templates, and components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Make periodic content, graphics, and function updates.
• Test the website to ensure its functions meet the requirements.
• Schedule the release of the weekly menu.
• Design Printed Marketing Materials:
• Design engaging postcards for direct mailing.
• Manage the direct mailing process.
• Social Media Postings:
• Schedule Facebook postings.
• Update and manage Google Business Profile.

Qualifications:

• You have a keen interest in what we do and the values we provide.
• You have a solid background in WordPress programming and content management.
• You have strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• You are proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have a proven record in graphics design.

Compensation: $20-$27

Benefits: Free healthy food

Work Schedule: 10-20 hours a week to start
