Product Content Writer

We are currently looking for a Technical and Product Content Writer to join our Camping World Retail team. This position will be primarily focused on writing thorough, detailed copy for retail products, but responsibilities will also include: writing blog articles, developing SEO content and working on spec and attribute information as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Write clear, detailed marketing copy to promote our products
• Working collaboratively across teams and subject matter experts to understand key product information and translate that information into written copy

• Creating technical documentation that accurately clarifies product features and benefits
• Generate content ideas based on user research and trends
• Review and/or copy edit content developed by other members of the team
• Develop easy-to-understand manuals and guides for products

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

• Must be self-motivated, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
