Job Title: Web Application Developer

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Payrate: $50/hr. to $55 /hr.

Job Description:

Qualifications:

• The innovation team seeks a Web Developer with experience in UI/UX design and development for DTC and/or eCommerce retail sites.
• The ideal contractor has created and maintained functional and attractive websites for Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce storefronts, executing rapid prototyping for design concepts such as landing pages, digital shops, and web apps across different business categories.
• The expert will lead the website creation process – working with the founder team to understand consumer needs, map user journeys and experience, and then translating it into wireframes or prototypes for alignment with business or product owner.
• DTC and/or Online retail UI/UX expertise
• 4 years web development experience, minimum of 2 with DTC and eCommerce sites
• HTML, CSS, and Javascript proficiency
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• eCommerce platform expertise: i.e. Big Commerce, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento
• Strengths in SEO and Analytics tag implementation and management
• Experience using A/B testing to inform experiments and/or optimize conversion rates
• Must be able to collaborate and operate within a large, complex organization
• Ability to operate with discipline while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Own DTC storefront development, including new builds and optimization
• Collaborate with lead generation efforts to create bespoke experiences for forms of traffic and consumer personalization
• Analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
• Implement and manage plugins, integrations, APIs, and services in support of store and business needs
