Job Description
Performs role within an acute care setting. Responsible for the observation of the ECG monitors. Observes, documents, and reports any changes of the monitored patient to licensed staff. Demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities related to basic cardiac arrhythmias.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school graduate or GED.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete arrhythmia exam.
- Successful completion of annual skills verification.
