SECOND SHIFT WAREHOUSE TRUCK LOADER POSITION

The hours are as follows:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. with a one hour lunch period.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Benefits: Available after 90 day probationary period

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for hand loading - in stop-sequence-order of all outbound products into designated trucks or trailers.

• Employee must be able to follow directions

• Employee must comply effectively with company safety rules

• Employee must comply with company attendance policy

• Employee must maintain work quality

• Employee must achieve productivity goals

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and reach over head
• Ability to select/load/unload products
• Maintain quality control to all products before loading
• Load customer product safely while ensuring product integrity
• Secure load with load bars when loading is complete
• Bring concerns to Supervisor about product integrity
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Maintain a clean work area

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Be 18 years or older
• Be able to speak, read, and understand English
• Pass a physical capabilities test, drug screen, and criminal background check
• Closed-toe-shoes must be worn at all times
• Work in warm and cold temperatures inside and outside the warehouse
