Responsibilities:
- The main responsibilities for this position will be to ensure that this food manufacturing facility is kept in compliance with all regulatory agencies before, during and after the manufacturer of all foods produced
- Direct supervise and manage all employees engaged in cleaning and sanitation to assure effective, efficient cleaning of the facility during and after processing hours
- Establishes warehouse personnel levels and insures they are adequately staffed. Will be in charge of hiring and maintaining the warehouse team personnel.
- Establishes and documents standing operational procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Evaluates training needs and implements training programs as needed.
- Coach, mentor and discipline warehouse team.
- Facility management, ensure work areas are cleaned and organized.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Production preferred
- Previous experience managing a warehouse
- 2-3 years experience managing a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
