Returns Associates play an important role, as they focus on the aspect of customer care that deals with returned items. Our Returns Processor is responsible for conducting quality inspection of the returned merchandise determining the physical quality and the usability of the returned product(s). They may also repackage and re-label merchandise, update our systems with appropriate data (product, SKU, quality, etc.), and assist with inventory counts and other inventory controls. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inspect returned merchandise
• Check for quality and condition of all returned products
• Communicate Reason for Return and Customer feedback to ensure accurate processing
• Identify critical distribution issues
• Refurbish Returns
• Take pictures and enter clear notes in computer system

Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• Able to individually lift and maneuver around 35-50 lbs frequently and repetitively
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• 1-2 years of Prior experience in returns or a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment (Preferred!)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
