Job description

The Warehouse Recieving Associate receives products purchased from the hotel by vendors. Checks incoming products against purchase documents, checks the quality and quantity of incoming products, maintains HACCP records for incoming food products, correctly enters receiving information into the computer, liaises with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments and the Accounting department to resolve discrepancies and communicates any differences between items ordered and items received. Maintains the cleanliness of the work area including the Receiving office, loading bays and Receiving corridor. Computer skills are essential to the success of the position.
