$15-$19.50 per hour

$2000 New Hire Bonus

6am-Finish Monday-Friday, Mandatory Saturdays as needed
Top out at $16.50 (base rate) anytime within 90 day (90% production for 2 consecutive weeks)
Production at 90-95% earn additional $2 per hour for production hours worked
Production at 96-104% earn additional $3 per hour for production hours worked
Production at 105% and above earn $3 per hour for production hours worked plus Production Incentive
Starting Probationary Pay $15.00 per hour
Production goals and incentives are designed for you to be successful within the 90 day period based on your personal performance.

Position Summary:
Fills orders submitted utilizing voice-activated system placing individual items in plastic shipping totes.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 6am until finish. Must be able to work Saturday also.
Essential Job Functions:

• Safe operation of equipment within the work area.
• Receives order documents and determines the location of the product.
• Accurately selects the quantity needed and packs into a tote. Repeat the process as directed.
• Must be able to work within a team concept.
• Perform other duties as requested by the warehouse supervisor.
• Perform all duties safely and with respect for equipment and other associates.
• Perform all housekeeping duties required to maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Qualifications:
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Abilities:
Understand basic mathematics such as number sequencing and counting, multiplication, and division.

Physical requirements:
Perform bending, squatting, kneeling and reaching. Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. and able to push and/or pull 40 lbs of force. Able to stand for two-hour intervals. Good vision or corrected vision.
