Open Schedules: 10 hour shifts

Base Wage: $20.50/hr

Productivity Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 - $4.00/hr

Weekend Incentive: Earn an additional $3.00/hr

• The ability and desire to become skilled in the operation of warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack or forklift, and RF scanner.
• A strong willingness to learn and master warehouse protocol and procedures.
• An unyielding sense of urgency and the ability to meet established productivity minimums while paying attention to details and maintaining quality.
• Ability and desire to work in a cool environment (35 degrees).
• Must be able to lift 35-50lbs consistently throughout shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Submit to and pass the pre-employment screening: background check and drug test (THC does not disqualify you).

• As an Order Picker, you will utilize warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack and RF scanner, to pick and assemble orders in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining the quality of the product.
• You will pick the correct items and quantity by checking the UPC or item descriptions and use the RF Scanner to scan the proper bar code and enter the correct quantity.
• Once you have built a stable and well cubed pallet for shipping, you will shrink wrap and label product/pallets with correct truck, destination, and other required information.
• Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean, dry, and free from debris.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
