Job description

The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Parts Manager and is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including shipping and receiving, unloading and loading trucks, filling purchase orders and, keeping the warehouse stocked with essential equipment.

General Warehouse Duties:

• Processes multiple pick tickets and ensures accuracy on all orders.
• Supervises inventory counts.
• Packs and Ships customer orders; consolidates when necessary, ensures items are packed properly to minimize damage.
• Stocks materials in appropriate locations considering quantity, size, weight, volume and type of products.
• Identifies damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
• Receives amounts of materials or items.
• Maintains records of all warehouse activities.
• Ensures cleanliness of warehouse.
• Parts & Equipment testing/repairs as needed

Other duties:

• Partners with Technical Support employees regarding customer’s orders.
• Additional duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of general warehouse experience, experience with inventory processes, professional customer service skills, possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficient in MS Office – specifically Outlook and Word; good time management skills, and possess the ability to work in non-office environments.
