GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision performs essential leadership in motivating and maintaining self and assigned work team(s) in a high productive environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL):

• Provide Support in promoting, implementing, and improvement of all Safety policies, programs and 5s initiatives to ensure the health and safety of all employees.
• Report any employee or process concerns to department supervisors as applicable.
• Verify applicable record keeping ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory.
• Assist in training and transition of new or transferred employees.
• Keep training documents up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Knowledge and/or applicable job experience in Warehouse area.
• Knowledge and/or demonstrated leadership experience such as having been a trainer
• Escalate as necessary regarding the safe behavior of the eCommerce team, notifying HR and management should an incident or safety issue occur.
• Lead the put-away process efficiently, assist with communication with inside drivers, and keep track of trailer numbers transporting product inbound and outbound interplant on Sanford campus.
• Assist with the storage and organization of components and finished goods, to ensure that correct inventory is available for on time, complete, and correct, and coordinate replenishment of components needed.
• Other duties as needed, providing support to supervisors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion, walk, stand, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, climb, carry, etc.
• Willing to be certified on mobile equipment driving including sit down with bale clamp.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
