Job Overview

Join our Warehouse Operations team including Sit Down Forklift Operator and Case Picker roles!

Up to $31.75/hour with performance based incentives and differentials

- $2.25/hr. Night Shift Differential

-Additional $2.00/hr. for any hours worked Fri/Sat/Sun

-Performance Incentives up to $7.50/hr.

-Professional onsite PAID training

-Cross-training and advancement opportunities available

Shift schedules are 12 hour work schedules on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule (two days on, two days off, and every other weekend)

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

Responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

• Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
• Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination
• Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process.
• Reconcile driver pick-up and delivery manifests.
• Pick case product for customer shipments.
• Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight.
• Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock.

The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• This is an entry level position
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good Interpersonal skills required
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding and in some cases perform tasks in inclement weather conditions.
