Job description

We are seeking a motivated and positive Warehouse Associate/Customer Service for a warehouse in Littleton, MA. This warehouse houses gearboxes, geared motors, and electro-mechanical drive technologies that can be found in many industries, including food, water, automotive, packaging, material handling and logistics.

• The hourly rate is $20 - $22/hour
• This is a direct hire - full-time position
• Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm - Monday – Friday.

Job Duties for this warehouse associate / customer service representative:

• Perform general warehouse operations such as loading and unloading boxes, packing,and unpacking products, and storing all items in the warehouse.
• Work with RF scanner to maintain accurate inventory records and manage product movement within the warehouse.
• Operate hand crane to move heavy products and materials.
• Use basic hand tools to assemble products and perform other tasks as necessary.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with tasks such as data entry.
• Learn about all products offered by the company and effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Occasionally answer phones.
• Perform minor assembly work as needed to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Attend training sessions to develop new skills and stay up to date on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications for this warehouse associate / customer service representative:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds, and regularly move these products around the warehouse.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Positive attitude, quick-learner, and strong work ethic.
• Ability and desire to work independently and as part of a team.
