Job Opportunity

Ponder Environmental Services is looking for a Warehouse Assistant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Oversees orders, inventory, shipment of materials to and from the warehouse.

· Trace’s history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control.

· Dispatch to field as needed.

· Deliver/pick up supplies and equipment from job sites as needed.

· Will call supplies and equipment from vendors.

· Stage and prepare supplies and equipment for upcoming projects.

· Inspect and test all equipment before and after use.

· Repair equipment as needed.

· Restock supplies.

· Wash and perform weekly check of company fleet.

· Housekeeping of the facility.

· Weekly landscaping.

· Work in field as needed.

· Forklift experience.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

· 2 years’ experience working in manufacturing, warehouse environment.

· 2 years’ experience working with inventory and related job duties.

· Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Basic mathematics skill

· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

· Ability to take written or verbal instructions.

Willing to obtain the following Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

TWIC, HAZ-MAT, 40 Hour HAZWHOPER, Forklift Trained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
