Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors client condition by observing physical and mental condition.
- Supports clients by providing housekeeping and laundry duties, errands and other household requirements.
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Assist clients with personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help care for the client by ways to transferring, lifting, turning, and re-position the client.
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
- Records client information by making entries in the clients home notebook
- Notifying Agency Director of any change to client care or unusual conditions.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy client environment, follow prescribed dietary requirements and nutrition standards.
- Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, agency policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.
- Observe, record & report self-administrated medication

Qualifications:
- Current TB tesy
- Valid Drivers license and car insurance
