Overview
:
This position works closely with leadership to implement diverse enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, support the development of strategic goals and initiatives and provide Lean enterprise guidance,administration, and development of KPIs and dashboards. Responsible for the alignment and oversight of end-to-end process optimization solutions and will carry out process discovery, process mining, opportunity qualification, optimization feasibility, facilitate solution design, implementation support and status reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)
- Provides comprehensive business planning support to analyze feasibility and desirability of potential health system initiatives and provide management support in the planning, development, and implementation of those initiatives
- Measures and projects growth opportunities and enterprise performance around strategic goals and objectives, including development of an enterprise performance dashboard
- Establishes systematic procedures for evaluating performance of different initiatives against expected costs and benefits
- Partners with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria.
Work with stakeholder group to achieve targeted initiatives - Builds consensus and finds creative solutions to issues to maintain momentum and deliver on tight timelines
- Facilitate transformation events with Lean process improvement efforts
- Support efforts to build better data and analytics across the enterprise
Qualifications
:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience at management level or above for staff or functional/project oversight and implementation
- Proven ability of business processes management, technology, digital transformation, IT, and design thinking skills
- Proven ability with Lean Methodologies, Business Process and Change Management methodologies
- Extensive knowledge of business analysis standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry project management best practices, i.e., HIT, CPHQ, certifications
- Use systematic data driven methods to assess, analyze, identify, and solve problems by suggesting improvements and optimization through processes automation
