Volunteer and Community Partnerships Coordinator

Edison, NJ

Position Highlights:

• The Volunteer and Community Partnership Coordinator works closely with the Middlesex County community and families to identify community/family needs, identify resources, and build mutually beneficial relationships with all parties. S/he works together with the Director to create diverse community programming and communication strategies.
• This job requires resourcefulness, creativity and a professional demeanor. Some knowledge on social media outlets are a plus.
• This position is also responsible for building relationships with families, stakeholders, and provides some direct service delivery.
• Ensures prevention factors, standards of prevention, and strengthening families logic model is utilized when providing appropriate services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A flexible schedule and driver’s license with acceptable driving history are also required.
