Your Purpose as a Sales Manager:

  • Energetically guide guests through the entire vehicle purchasing process.
  • Engage with guests through our transparent pricing and non-negotiating guest friendly process.
  • Generate positive interactions with all guests.
  • Serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
  • Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Participate in on-the-job training on products, features, and special deals.
  • Maintain professional appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • No previous dealership management experience required
  • 100% committed to providing delightful guest experience.
  • Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction
  • Compassionate communication skills
  • Have the drive to create remarkable experiences
  • Valid driver’s license
