Our company is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating attractive displays that will help promote our products and services. This includes selecting merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and priced. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching displays that attract customers and promote the brand.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Analyze customer feedback to determine what works and what doesn't.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends in visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Work with store managers and Owner to ensure that displays are properly maintained and updated.
• Train and mentor at a store level so the stores are kept visually clean.
• This position will include training on the POS, as it will also be a back up position on the sales floor when needed, however primary responsbilities will be as the Visual Merchandiser.
• Overnights with floor sets will be worked in monthly or every other month depending on Season, so flexibility with scheduling is a MUST.
• We are a small business, and we are all trained to jump in and assist where/when needed.
• Must own a vehicle as you will be traveling to our valley locations, currently in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe and Peoria. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU RELY ON RIDESHARING AS YOUR PRIMARY TRANSPORTATION. We do require that you own your own vehicle for the success of this position.
• Must have some knowledge of social media apps as responsibility to post visual sets, new arrivals, videos will also be a requirement within this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
