Virtual Assistant
Job description
We are a contractor working for the University of California Institute for Prediction Technology. They are an institute across multiple University of California campuses, designed to study how to use data from social technologies to help solve important societal problems, including disease outbreaks, crime, and make improvements in education. We work with government agencies and industry to develop tools to help them.
We are hiring a position as virtual assistant to help the Institute work. We are seeking someone outside of North and South America timezones (someone located in Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia) to do the following types of activities:
-adminstrative assistance, for example, helping to keep track of our expenses/receipts
-research, for example, calling people back who have expressed interest in our research studies
-project assistance, for example, sitting in on calls/meetings to assist with needs
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $50.00 per week
