Vice President Supply Chain Technology, Conductiv

What will you be doing:
This position provides strategic direction, planning and thought leadership to all Conductiv technology, data management operations and services. This position is responsible for developing a strategy and vision for Conductiv technology that supports Premier’s Supply Chain Services business, as well as certain fee-based solutions. In this role, the VP, Supply Chain Technology will oversee operations and implementation staff as well as overseeing client management activities to include sales, training, contract deliverables, and on-going client support. The VP will also work closely with Conductiv leadership to shape business strategy and ensure that the capital budget is allocated to support these strategies and deliver a positive ROI. This position is responsible for ensuring that client deliverables and issues are addressed timely and appropriately.
In addition, this position will be accountable for identifying and developing new go-to-market data services in Conductiv and related areas.

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $155,000 - $289,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
