Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, the Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development is responsible for the overall growth strategy of Retro Fitness that includes, but is not limited to Franchise Sales, Area Development, Real Estate and International Sales. Responsibilities
  • Oversee, drive and achieve Franchise Sales Goals while managing the process from initial contact to the signing of new investors/franchisees
  • Oversee all phases of growth and development which includes, but not limited to crafting Go-To- Market Strategy for new and existing geographies, real estate oversite, Area Development, Master Franchise, franchise renewals, transfers, etc.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with investors from the financial community ie. Private Equity, Family Office, etc.
  • Drive pipeline of qualified franchisee candidates for Single, Multi-Unit Sales and Area/Territory Development.
  • Ensure team structure and capability match the evolving needs of the business in order to meet growth goals
  • Craft and adjust Real Estate Strategy to ensure the company meets/exceeds all revenue and profitability goals.
  • Create and manage all franchise relationships in and out of the organization. This will include attending relevant conventions, expo’s, etc. to remain current.
  • Continuously evaluate business process and procedures to maximize the growth potential of the organization.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing Team to drive overall B2B Marketing and PR
Position Requirements
  • Position requires candidate to work out of the Retro Fitness Support Center in West Palm Beach, FL
    • No remote or commuter candidates will be considered.

  • 5+ years in Franchise Sales and Development with proven track record of success in selling $1M+ franchise opportunities.
  • Extensive experience working with Private Equity, Investment Organizations, etc.
  • Strong time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively deploy sales messaging that convey the value proposition of the brand
  • Tech savvy: Microsoft 365, virtual technology, social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and similar applications
  • Requires some travel ie. industry tradeshows, conferences, in person client meetings
  • Proven track record of sustained results in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
