The VP Business Transformation will oversee a team that leads a PMO/business transformation team in the Intelligent Automation space, as part of a hub & spoke model. At a high level, the hub manages enterprise intake of IA projects with varying responsibilities ranging from size and scope to architecture. This team will work directly with clients to help formulate their goals and organize with the Spoke team(s) for delivery (domestic, international, or vendors as needed). Primary delivery teams are in Ireland and India.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and operationalize the new formed Intelligent Automation Hub team. acquire and assemble resources and skilled personnel to operationally transform the fragmented/bloated automation practices across the enterprise
  • Manage overall program governance with executive hierarchy, define operating model expectations, and report/communicate progress throughout the hierarchy
  • Work with enterprise leaders & partners to help them reach business level performance & resource optimization goals through the implementation of the varying forms of Intelligent Automation driven technologies and strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA or Equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years as a proven Enterprise Business Transformation Leader
  • 6+ years as a Lead for an Enterprise Program/Project Management Team
  • Knowledge of Product Management and Product life cycles
  • Knowledge of Implementation frameworks
  • Ability to travel Internationally

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $134,200 to $257,700.
