Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to third party verifiers and applicants
- Handle Personally Identifiable Information confidentially and responsibly
- Gather, analyze, and validate all information to input into our proprietary system
- Interact with companies from all over the United States
- Make outbound calls to gather information and confirm that the information is correct
- This front line position is the voice and face of the company
Requirements:
- Expert computer skills (Internet Searches, Database Lookups)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, utilizing time management and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
