Job description

We are looking for a professional who will manage our two vacation rentals (total five units with prospect to grow). Responsibilities include:

· Guest communications: Be available to guests during their stay as the first point of contact, respond to guest requests before, during and after their stay with us, respond to issues such as clogged sink, smoke alarm battery, leaky faucets, Internet issues as well as any other issues that may come up in the properties.

· Check-out inspection: After guests check out, inspect space for damage or missing items and document them. Treat stains, make sure everything is in working order and perform minor repairs and take initiative to arrange contractors for major issues.

· Check-in Inspection: Inspect cleaning crew's work to assure guest readiness according to the detailed checklist, and perform further cleaning and arranging as needed. Manage cleaning crew schedules and cleaning team assignments.

· Keep and organize hospitality supply inventory, restock as necessary

· Replace broken or unusable gadgets, tableware, furniture, etc.

· Put out trash on trash day and take in trash bins after collection

· Organize receipts, returns etc for purchases

· Perform periodic deep cleanings including windows, cabinet tops, spider webs in ceiling etc.

· Regular yard maintenance including weeding, leaves and plants that are not doing well

REQUIREMENTS:

· Reliable transportation

· Reliable communications: Good signal coverage to be on call most hours of the day, diligence in communications and follow-through

· Customer service experience in handling issues with customers to ensure win-win resolutions

· Professional appearance and competency in verbal and written communications

· Disciplined work ethic in a work environment with flexible hours

· Ability to follow checklists

· Ability to take direction and improve quality

· Always show up to your assignments and be on time

· House cleaning with meticulous attention to detail (For us, OCD is not an ailment, it is a blessing!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
