The Research & Development/Product Design team is the backbone of our organically grown business, with a track record of developing people within.

What We Need:

A talented, professional, organized and highly collaborative person to deliver user-centered design/planning and research.

• Either a BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Design, Computer Science/related field or proven UX/UI Designer experience required

• 3+ years of UX/UI Designer experience supporting Agile software development preferred

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• UX/UI software experience, i.e. Figma, Usertesting, Lucidchart, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Sketch, Storybook required.

• Basic HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus.

• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and effectively

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, customer journeys, user flows, process flows and sitemaps and visual displays

• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process is required

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation

Please note, this is a hybrid remote position based out of Rocklin, CA with preference for local candidates. Open to considering qualified applicants who are willing to travel and live near a major airport in the following states: AZ, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
