Role: BI Developer

Location: Arden Hills, MN 55126 (Hybrid mode)

Duration: 9+ months

Job Description:

7+ years’ experience in Data modelling, Business Architecture and developing Data warehouse solutions on OBIEE, Informatica, Snowflake environments.

Experience with setting up a Data strategy and roadmap for modern data architecture and migration to Cloud platforms.

- Analyse requirements to create technical designs, data models and migration strategies.

- Interact closely with Business Analysis team, ETL team and BI Reporting teams to ensure understanding of proper use of data architecture.

- Design, build, and maintain physical databases, dimensional data models, ETL layer design and data integration strategies.

- Collaborate with technology stakeholders to define and implement actionable metrics, KPIs and data visualization.

- Implement data quality, data integrity, and data standardization efforts across products and databases enabling key business processes and applications.

- Recommend improvements to enhance existing ETL and data integration processes to enable performance and overall scalability with cross functional teams.

- Experience in working with Cloud data warehouse like Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse or Google BigQuery.

- Hands on experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL to create automated processes for data gathering, cleansing, reporting, and visualization.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
