Jefferson Healthcare is a 222 bed skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a Unit Clerk with healthcare experience for the evening shift. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills.
shift is Monday-Friday 2pm to 10pm
CNA a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a pleasant manner.
- Prepare and maintain neighborly communication with residents, family, and staff.
- answer phone in a prompt professional manner
- Maintain a message log
- Answer basic questions about residents' care and activities.
- work in collaboration with RN charge nurse.
- notifying DON and Administrator on emergent issues
- Notify medical staff of calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
