A Services Group the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities are in need of a dependable Security Supervisor for our account located in Myrtle Beach SC $16 - $18Hr
We are accepting applications for a Security Supervisor position to become part of our team. The selected individual will patrol, secure and manage security personnel assigned to the premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons
Responsibilities:
· Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
· Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
· Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
· Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
· Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
· Successfully use the provided software to annotate events that occur during shift.
· Make regular trips around the property and scan the pre-determined points as directed by management
· Work as part of a team
- Enforce Company and Client Procedures
- Complete weekly payroll
- Conduct interviews and complete hiring process for new employees.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or other related fields
· Familiarity with security equipment
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Strong attention to detail
· H.S. Diploma or equivalent
· Reliable Transportation
· Must be able to work some Holiday's and Weekends
· Able to work with Cell Phones, Tablets and Laptops.
· Go through SC Unarmed Security Licensing (We will assist with licensing for otherwise qualified candidates.)
Hours: Full-Time
1st Shifts - Monday - Friday (7AM-3PM)
- Supervisor position will require some weekend and Holiday work.
Pay Rate: $16 - $18Hr with possible increase after 90-day probationary period. Probationary period graded on attendance and performance.
All candidates must pass a drug screen and background check
