Job Summary

The Production Plant Lead will provide support in operations and maintenance of our Rasper and Granulation operations, so your team is able to produce products in the safest most efficient manner. This role is key to the optimization for the team and equipment to run efficiently. As the Production Plant Lead you will provide the necessary support to operators and maintenance. As the leader you will be and plan for scheduled maintenance and repairs that is best for the company.

Work Schedule:

2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

3rd Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:30 am

Salary:

Starting pay at $21.00 Per Hour

Production Lead Qualifications:

1+ years of production leadership experience-preferably in manufacturing environment

Mechanical background in production

Forklift-operator certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
