ERUS ENERGY RETAIL SALES MANAGER!!!!

The Retail Solar Energy Sales Manager is responsible for managing, training, and motivating the local Sales team in Houston. This position will work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (generally Tuesday through Saturday). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, energetic and goal oriented sales professional who wants to work for a great established company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5-10+Energy Consultants. This will include ensuring everyone on the sales team maintains a closing ratio of at least 12%.
• Leads are driven from the call center for the retail representatives.
• Leverage Erus marketing techniques to increase buy-in for any deals you are working on. (The Sales Manager will have a book of business.)
• Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction (WOW-ing the customer ALWAYS).
• Motivate the team to achieve high performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with no more than 1 minor traffic violation within the last 36 months.
• Previous sales experience and managing a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Efficiency and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Computer literacy in order to type up reports and details of customer interactions.
