Civil litigation defense firm in Jacksonville, FL is looking to hire an experienced trial attorney.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, particularly with defense experience, to join a growing Jacksonville office located on the Southbank. This position will require independent decision-making and the ability to co-direct case strategy. All candidates must be ready and able to handle the full range of case work, from case inception through trial, including but not limited to factual investigation, discovery and depositions, complex motion practice including dispositive motions and pre-trial motions, and participation in civil jury trials. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to take an active role in managing their own cases while working in close partnership with other attorneys and members of the team. This firm does not believe in micromanagement and would like a candidate with a strong, self-starter mentality.

The firm offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package. Position is located in-office with the flexibility to work remotely in certain situations.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
