McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia is seeking to hire an experienced Trial Attorney to join our NYC Litigation team in the defense of commercial auto cases throughout the 5 boroughs.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Proven track record of at least 5 years pre-Covid trial experience in the defense of auto cases, and strong references
- Self-Starter
- Capable of independently managing a caseload from pretrial motions, motions in limine, trial prep and trials
- Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at our firm. Therefore, we encourage working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with the firm’s guidelines.
