This position is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE position.

Research, Book and service any walk in clients as well as clients provided by management.

Advise our Independent advisors on questions they may have on vacations and business that they may have as part of our Host Agency.

Travel Advisor must have an outgoing approach, a friendly personality, and a genuine passion and knowledge of booking travel. Vast product knowledge through learning and experience, and use this effectively with our clients . Travel advisors must also contribute to the success of the agency by sharing ideas and working as part of a team.

To perform the job, travel advisors need to possess: excellent customer service and sales skills, decisive and successful problem solving skills, a strong knowledge of geography – domestic and international destination knowledge, and a passion for detail. Attention to detail, knowledge of Agent booking systems with cruise lines and tour and vacation suppliers. Tess CRM knowledge and proficiency is a plus. Office skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other office programs are essential.

Candidates must be self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure while having an orientation for quality sales and the ability to train and guide others.

Sales, Customer service, administrative, and ability to train and guide others is all part of this position.

We are not hiring for at home help. This is strictly an in office position in our Clermont, Fl. offices.
