As a Transaction Coordinator, you will support relationships between Zoom Casa and our most valuable and lucrative clients. Through handling various stages of the home buying/selling processes, you will work with title companies and escrow officers to ensure that all details of a transaction are completed and communicated to the necessary parties.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • A college degree is encouraged yet not required
  • 1-3 years in real estate, insurance, or financial services with an emphasis in customer service
  • Experience with title/escrow procedures
  • Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
  • Thrive in a compliance driven, dynamic, and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions

The Purpose of Your Role

The Escrow Assistant is a pivotal role within the client success team responsible for handling relationships and and transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
