Job Title: Training Coordinator & Scheduling Coordinator(Remote)
Reports To: State Clinical Director & VP of Clinical Compliance
Salary based on experience

The Treetop is a provider of family-centered in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism spectrum disorder between the ages 2-18 years old. We are looking for a talented, goal oriented , Training Coordinator & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and participate in our onboarding process.

The role
As Training Coordinator, this individual is responsible for monitoring training and certification of all behavior technician level staff across service areas - AZ, GA, & MA. Responsible for enrolling staff into learning platforms and monitoring their progress and performance throughout the onboarding process.
Maintain staff Training Folders to ensure all certifications on file. Collaborates with behavior analytic staff to identify additional training resources as needed.

Responsibilities
● Assist Client Intake team on identification of available staff to new or existing client cases.

Utilizing available resources - Google Maps, Centralreach, and staff/client availability to identify optimal case assignments.

● When directed, issue Tech Assignment Emails after receiving technician assent to case details.
● Assist with scheduling Pre-case open in CentralReach and client schedule loaded through end of authorization.

● Initial contact with new staff and initiation of training. Enrolling individuals in training platforms and ensuring they are completing steps in a timely manner.

● Maintain communication with employees through onboarding, training, and placement to ensure new employees are supported and properly welcomed to the team.

● Schedule biweekly meetings for cohorts to answer questions, troubleshoot challenging areas in content for staff acquiring 40 hour RBT Training.

● Track all trainee progress to ensure they are progressing within the training in a timely manner.
Provide updates on progress and estimated completion dates to the Intake team Tuesday and

Thursday mornings. Communicate training completion/ lack of progress with intake team
● Evaluate areas of strength and deficits among trainees; provide support as necessary.
● Support trainees and staff providing services who need additional training as support as directed by supervising analysts. Being familiar with CR Institute training courses for recommendations.
● Track annual training which needs to be completed by all technician level staff. Providing notice of upcoming expirations and required training.
● Track staff CPR and other renewal training. Providing notice of upcoming expirations.
● Assigned and supported initial and ongoing training.
● Tracking trainee hours in Central Reach or other billing systems (if applicable).
● Maintain proficient knowledge of the RBT process and requirement to support candidates through the process. (if applicable)
● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

● Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT 2 years experience Preferred)
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to conduct different types of interviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
