Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Trainer & Subject Matter Expert to join our team. These services will be in support of the United States (U.S.) Department of Labor (DOL) and may be provided remotely.
The trainer provides initial and ongoing training to Field Nurses and Rehab Counselors and serves as the point of contact for routine procedure and process questions. Following initial training, the trainer administers skills assessments and ensures the required training and competency to work assigned cases.
Position Qualifications:
- A minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated ability in leading or training others as a nurse case manager, vocational rehabilitation counselor, or in a workers' compensation claims environment, with a preference for Federal Government program experience.
- Demonstrated experience creating and implementing training and competency plans preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal workers' compensation preferred
- Ability to assess training needs, create and utilize training tools and materials, and test/measure for required competencies.
