Blackhawk Equipment is a locally owned trailer and equipment dealership in Lake Crystal, Minnesota. We sell a variety of cargo, utility and equipment trailers. Our trailer brands include, Stealth, AERO, ALCOM, Felling, Redihaul, Carry-on, and FLOE. We also sell Hustler lawn equipment, Dewalt tools, TYM compact tractors, Hyundai Construction Equipment, and SnowEx snow and Ice equipment. We have been experiencing large sales growth over the last few years and we continue to attract high quality brands to add to our portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Follow up on leads to establish accounts and develop new account relationships
- Generate profitable revenue growth through creating new customer accounts and retaining those customers
- Identify target prospects and create strategic action plans to convert prospects into customers
- Ability to speak knowledgeably with customers about all aspects of our products
- Provide customers with quotes, specs and pricing within a timely manner
- Always exemplify a professional appearance and attitude
- Complete assigned tasks and event involvement
- Assist walk-in customers about inquiries regarding products
- Ask clarifying questions to help customers figure out what their specific needs are
- Present equipment and trailers to customers based on needs analysis and be able to go into detail on how the specs will fulfill their needs
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license
- Direct knowledge or experience in sales.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and with colleagues
- Able to seek help and guidance when needed
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
