We are looking for some great people to join our team at State Street Title Agency as Title Processors!
Job Needs & Qualifications
- Excellent customer service to clients, with strong clear communication through both phone and email.
- Process Loan documents, prepare files for closing, generate settlement statements and balance files.
- Create checks for closing.
- Prior experience using Qualia software preferred
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the title or mortgage industry
- Solution based attitude

This is an on site position, Monday through Friday schedule, at our office located in Ann Arbor, MI.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
