Affiliate of a successful real estate company with over a Thousand Realtors expects to grow its technology in the title business and scale rapidly. Looking for an experienced and reliable Title Agent/Manager. Includes benefits and PTO.
Clearing requirements on title commitment.- Ordering searches, reviewing searches, ordering payoffs, certificates, estoppels, and other services.
- Preparing all required documents.
- Reviewing Lender closing instructions, Following Lender's instructions, and correctly and accurately performing.
- Conducting closings and correctly executing documents.
- Following up on any corrections so title policy gets issued.
$60,000 - $100,000 + benefits
Responsibilities:- Provide clear and legal title compliant with the laws of the industry.
- Manage files from beginning to post-closing.
- Clear title issues and have title curative experience.
- Coordinate with clients, loan officers mortgage processors, and underwriters.
- Prepare and issue title commitments and title insurance policies.
- Licensed Title Agent or Lawyer/Attorney
- Knowledge of Firpta & ALTA
- Familiarity with Fidelity & WCM is a plus
- Excellent writing and communicative skills
- English & Spanish a must
- Technical savvy ( Preferred )
