RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process all new vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles within a 20 day time frame.
• Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles.
• Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
• Utilize Axcessa to maintain notes on all outstanding title work and problems needing attention.
• Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
• Ability to maintain expected performance for a large volume dealer
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software
• Previous Title Experience
