JOB DESCRIPTION:

Basin Disposal, located in Pasco, Washington is looking for a dynamic, Part-time, HR Assistant-Time Keeper to join their HR Team. The individual will work Monday through Friday, 8am-1pm. This position and their duties and functions will be defined under the HR Directors supervision.

Major Job Duties/Functions:

Timekeeping functions process leaves, employee changes, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors

Daily and Weekly: review employees timecards to ensure employees time is accurately recorded and complete. Correct missed punches, vacation or sick time errors

Daily and Weekly: work with employee and Directors, first line of contact for timekeeping and payroll related questions

Record employee payroll information, such as exemptions, transfers, status changes and resignations to maintain and update payroll records.

Conduct verifications of employment in accordance with company policy.

Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, COVID-19 and aptitude exams and certifications

Assist with Audits ensure HRIS accuracy

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

• 3+ years of Timekeeping experience
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Paycom preferred
• Accounting or Business-related degree preferred
• Work well under pressure
• Highly organized with outstanding communication skills
• Working knowledge or MS Office, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Teams

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $21.19 per hour
