Therapy Scheduler - Inpatient Rehab

Responsibilities:
The Therapy Scheduler assists with coordinating the schedule for inpatient rehabilitation patients in order to ensure that they receive their 3 hours of therapy for the day. This person also assist with the daily charge audit, assist in ordering equipment for patients before they discharge and assisting with various other chart audits and compliance items. This person works closely with the therapists and managers to ensure these daily tasks are completed.

Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • 3 years Administrative Assistant experience or similar role required. Previous hospital experience with knowledge of therapy and rehab in general preferred.
  • Proficient skills with computers, software and office equipment required.
