Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual who has a love for helping others, join our team as a Therapist. The Therapist will be responsible for providing clinical services to a wide range of individuals struggling with mental health, substance use and behavioral issues, both in the Trivium Life Service program and the community.

• Maintains all continuing education for licensure.
• Maintains all client documentation and release for billing in the electronic record within established time frame.
• Establishes relationships and communicates with clients, family members, and staff.
• Completes initial diagnostic assessments on all clients assigned to determine treatment needs, as well as conducts ongoing assessments to determine when clinical goals have been achieved and service delivery is no longer indicated.
• Develops initial treatment plans and updates treatment plans to include clinical interventions/objectives/goals that are observable and measurable and within established time frame.

Requirements/Qualifications
The specific credentials needing: LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW who have a master’s degree in counseling or related field. Would consider a bachelor’s degree for some positions.
